Video stuttering

Video player keeps stuttering sticking in like every 10 seconds or so. Short or simple how to walk around this, because watching a video for 10 seconds then waiting 10 minutes and watching another 10 seconds is quite aggrevating

When you connect to websites does it take a long time to connect? Also, do you have a similar issue when streaming over videos from services like YouTube or Vimeo?

No issues when using youtube/vimeo an other sites related to that. The videos here at treehouse were working fine a couple weeks ago. An yes lately sometimes it takes a while to connect but rarely

Hi Emeka,

Did you consider the quality of your internet connection? You can test your speed there: http://speedtest.net If that test shows a normal speed, you can contact the support: https://teamtreehouse.com/support Alternatively you could test Treehouse in another browser or delete your cookies. If you are not satisfied with this and want to keep on learning now, you can download the videos via iTunes:

At the right of each video you see iTunes feed, just click it and it download.

I get nearly 11mb download speed, and about 2.5 upload, is this considered normal?

Thats better than normal and should absolutely be fine. If available, try to open Treehouse in another browser or delete your Cookies. BTW wich browser are you using?

I'm using chrome, i just tried firefox it sticks less than usual but it sticks now and then
