Video takes too much of time to load

The page takes 2 minutes to load.the video loads up very slow.stops at every second and starts again after 2to 3 minutes. It is not the internet connecction. I can load youtube videos at 720p mode,without issues.tried chrome,IE,firefox.I have4mbps connection...plz help.........I have even tried differnet ISP as well....

Have you tried connecting your desktop using Ethernet cables? Just plug side of it into your router and then plug the other end into your computer. If that doesn't work try switching your mobile phone carrier, as they are the ones who are responsible for your internet as well.
