Video Transcript wrong

Is the video transcript hand written or its machine produced? The first line is so wrong, instead of saying 'dice rolling application' it says 'data welling application,'

My guess is that they use voice recognition software but it could also be a court reporter transcribing it that did not correct it after transposing. Some words need to be edited after the fact as their language has some limitations on their machine.
