Video trouble???

A few videos I have tried to look at seem to be VERY slow and has an echo to them. It sounds almost as if the person talking is intoxicated. I reset my internet/wifi, even used the data on my phone and it's the same way. Anyone else experiencing this?

I think I know what may be causing the issue.

On the right bottom hand corner of every video there are four options that you can toggle. The option to the left of the "CC" icon is the "Speed" option. It looks like a little clock. If you mouse over it a slider will expand. You can use this slider to increase and decrease the speed of the video.

Make sure that the slider is at the "1x" setting which should be the default. Hopefully this will sober up the Treehouse instructors!

Hope this helps!

Have you checked the speed controls for the video? These are towards the bottom right of the player. There is a bar that controls a range of playback speeds from 0.5x to 2x speed. Sounds like you may have it set on a slower speed.

Edit: totally beaten by Kyle!
