Video's not loading

The video gets stuck at 3:30 everytime. Anyone else getting this issue? Is there no buffering on these videos?

In case anyone is curious about this sorta thing ...

Latency over 500ms or packet loss over 2% will tend to result in issues with real time media such as streaming audio/video, online games, skype (and similar services).
