Videos not loading in ribbit

Hello :)

When i try and load a video to view it pops up the MPMoviePlayerController fine but then it doesn't show any content, it just keeps on saying "loading"

It shows up in the inbox ok and sends ok, just doesn't seem to download it :/

Also would anyone mind guiding me through this new way of grabbing thumbnails using this - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19105721/thumbnailimageattime-now-deprecated-whats-the-alternative

Getting a bit confused on how to add it in :/

Are you testing in the simulator or on a real device ?

Real device - I should of updated the post, I've managed to fix the MPMovie player error, just the grabbing of the thumbnails im struggling with now :?
