Videos not playing

Hi,

The videos are not playing in safari or chrome. Dev tools don't show an error. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

contact support. Clearly the problem isn't safari or chrome itself because there'd be thousands of people using them, presumably on any arbitrary operating system, and a google search doesn't on your problem doesn't reflect that. The search i did indicated that people used to have issues with sound being disabled by a program. So i'd be looking at something (external programs, plugins?) that can interfere with video playing. (i don't really know how standard videos are played and what would constitute an alteration to the standard video playing mechanism (which seems to work), but seeing as no one more knowledgeable responded). Sorry i couldn't be more help. (reposting as a comment, not an answer - don't want people to think your post was answered).
