322 PointsVideos not working.
When I open a video to watch, the little circular loading graphic spins for about 2 seconds and then vanishes, leaving a black screen. I've sat here for about 10 minutes waiting to see if any others would load; however, all attempts were unsuccessful

Courses Plus Student 12,453 PointsRussellq Gray what browser are you using? What operating system are you using? Which video were you trying to load? This will help us greatly establish the cause of the problem :-)

322 PointsFirefox, Windows 7, and I tried loading every video from the android build a simple app course. Specifically the "shaking things up" portion.

39,199 PointsRussellq Gray - You can change your setting in Treehouse to use Flash-based video instead of HTML5
If that doesn't work here are few things to try:
- Using Incognito mode
- Using a different browser
- Using a different PC
Most likely it's an extension that is causing a conflict. Trying the above steps can help narrow down what the issue is.

Courses Plus Student 12,453 PointsIf it's any consolation, I've just tried in Firefox 20.0.1 on Windows 7 Pro and it played fine.
As James Barnett suggested, it could be something other than the video/website; something local to your machine.

4,894 PointsAnyone figure this out? I have restarted my computer, tried all browsers, cleared cache and history, incognito mode. Weird thing is I can get the trailers and parts of the videos to play, however, as soon as I sign in, they stop working :S
