Videos played in iPad app not marked as played

Just started going through the new Logo Design Basics (which is very well done!) but as I was watching the videos on the Treehouse iPad app, I noticed later that the videos were not marked as played, but when I logged into my account on my laptop, after playing a video they would be marked as played.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yes. I've experienced the same inconsistencies between the iPad app and the web app.

I've also experienced this from the web app redesign where I have 100% coverage of a topic but now some are marked as complete and some are not.

The best way to get help for technical issues and generally things that don't seem to be working right is to contact support directly by emailing help@teamtreehouse.com

It's worth noting that it's incredibly easy to contact support from the web app at any time. To the right under "Have technical questions?" there's a "contact support" link that will open a contact form pre-filled with your name and email address.
