Virtualization Technology is enabled and Android Studio still says its disabled

I've used VirtualBox before so I know it was enabled, but I still confirmed. BIOS was updated recently, would this be an issue?

Any help is appreciated.

Most common problem for this is that Intel® Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager (Intel® HAXM) is not installed

you can download it here :
