Was i allowed to come up with my own variables, daysInYear?

var secondsPerMin = 60; var minsPerHour = 60; var hoursPerDay = 24; var daysPerWeek = 7; var weeksPerYear = 52; var secondsPerDay = secondsPerMin*minsPerHour*hoursPerDay; document.write('There are '+secondsPerDay+' seconds in a day.'); var yearsAlive = 28; var daysInYear = 365; var secondsAlive = secondsPerDay*daysInYear; document.write(" I've been alive for more than "+secondsAlive*yearsAlive+" seconds in my life");

Yes you are allowed to create variables. But when you ask a question use the markdown cheatsheet. It will show you how to post code in your questions. But create what you want. Code away!
