Was not able to find the Pickup Particles Destruction when searching for this component under PlayerParticles prefab

I was not able to find this Pickup Particles Destruction when searching for this component under PlayerParticles prefab. Maybe I missed it... Do I need o make it or is it becuase I have a new unity 2018.3.1f1 personal

Is it listed in your Scripts folder? You should have created it for the Add Pickup Particles video step. (I assume you mean you have Unity 2017.3.1f1, Unity 2018.1 hasn't even been released yet outside of beta).
