--watch command error

I have found the file in the directory but get this message after the --watch command:

'sass' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

what should I do?

It sounds like Sass is most likely not installed on your machine, so it's saying it doesn't recognize the command sass. Here's a link to the documentation you can follow to install Sass on your computer
