We also learned about reading values from an array. Retrieve the 5th item (remember array indexes start at 0) and assign the result to a constant named value.

arrayOfInts = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]

arrayOfInts [6] let value = arrayOfInts [6]

How is this incorrect?

array.swift
// Enter your code below

var arrayOfInts = [1,2,3,4,5,6]

arrayOfInts.append (7)

[1,2,3,4,5,6,7] + [8]

arrayOfInts = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]

arrayOfInts [6]
let value = arrayOfInts [6]

If indexes start at 0 the first item has an index of 0. This means the fifth item will have an index of 4.
