Ruby Build a Simple Ruby on Rails Application Getting Started with Rails Create a Variable: Part 1

We cant find variable name error (Enter your name as the value of the variable "name". )

Hey everyone. first time posting on the forum. The task is so simple all I have to do is add my name in between the " ". so it would look like this.

name = "Jovanny"

why is it not working? I know It cant be me. I am I going crazy or what?

It's not working. Treehouse is fixing it from what I have heard.

Thanks for letting me know. I was starting to get frustrated. Ill just come back and complete them later on.

It's doing the same thing for me for this and the 2nd one, they just told me to post it here but it already is. Good thing they are fixing it.

They got it working again. They also updated and added new videos to the ruby on rails track. I am looking forward checking those out.
