take a look at the Objective C Basics course. The first half of that course covers c. As far as java goes, have a look at the android courses.

then you will need to use another ide/c compiler such as Visual Studio. The syntax will be the same regardless of the ide you use.

I am currently taking the C basic course, and its great! Could not have asked for a better instructor, he really breaks it down. The way TTH presents the material make a lot of sense. I highly recommend this site to everyone who wants to learn. I would like to go more in depth with C/C++. If you can provide more lessons in that realm that would be awesome.
