512 PointsWeb Design > Build Structure download/editor view confusion.
I am currently in the "Web Design > Build Structure" course and the instructor has introduced images to use in the project. I was instructed to download these from the left of the editor. I see no download link. I also was instructed that once I download them I can drag them to the left side panel and they would upload for use. I see no left side panel that looks the way the instructors does, unless I create a new workspace which opens in a different browser window. I do not understand why my course defaults to an editor that is not the same view as the instructors, and I'm concerned as to how TreeHouse will check my work if I create a new workspace and migrate away from the default editor that the lesson is using. Does this make sense? Can someone please give me insight and clear up the confusion I'm experiencing. Thank you.

Courses Plus Student 18,830 PointsHi Casey! Welcome to Treehouse! :) Are you on the Structure the Image Gallery video found here https://teamtreehouse.com/library/how-to-make-a-website/creating-html-content/structure-the-image-gallery ? If so, the links for downloading the images can be found under the video player. ( They might have previously been to the left of the video, as Nick mentions, the video most likely has not been updated since the recent redesign of Treehouse's website. ) You can find the download link either under the Teacher's Notes, last note Resources has a link, or under Downloads, where you can download the whole project file.
Did you launch your current workspace from the "Launch Workspace" button on the video player? If the workspace your using isn't working you can definitely create a new one. That being said, it shouldn't be a problem using a new workspace because treehouse does not check your work for you. You learn to check your own work when you face a issue and have to review what you've written. When you face a problem and need further help you can post your code in the forum for review from fellow Treehouse students.
I hope this helps clear up some confusion! If not please reach out again.
