Web Design track different on iPad app

Can anyone explain why the first module of the Web Design track on the iPad App is different from the one on the Web App?

Are you talking about the How to Make a Website, and the Build a Simple Website modules? Because the Build a Simple Website used to be the first module of the Web Design Track, but has recently been superseded by the How to Make a Website module. I guess the iPad app needs a update of some sort to have the first module replaced by the new How to Make a Website.
