10,658 PointsWeb design - What is best practice to link a phone number?
Hi. I am designing a webpage, in the header of each page there is a phone number link. Currently, the phone link directs to the contact page. This page contains other links to Facebook, YouTube, a mail link, Google map, and a contact form (email submission). Is this best practice, or better to have the link dial the number?

Courses Plus Student 45,640 PointsI think it's better to have the link dial the number. It helps on mobile and most people who click that link are trying to get in contact with you anyways. When the site goes live you can test it.

Courses Plus Student 45,640 PointsI think just using the contact form is better on the contact page. Having both is redundant.

10,658 PointsThank you very much. Why is there no option showing up for "best answer"?

10,658 PointsThank you David. One more question, on the Contact page, is it redundant to have a mail link and an email submission form on the same page. Currently the email link opens the clients mail server, the submission form is sent PHP.
