I am looking at building a html/php work order form, were i can go to a webpage and type in customer information and then print it off, while having the customer information stored in a mysql database.. Anyone out there have any ideas how i can do this.

Well, you need to learn HTML first then PHP & MySQL. Its not hard, really easy once you know it.
