Web site/app idea , someone to work with

Looking for some people to help me out with a website/app idea, i have make the tool and the app / website will run inside the tool . Need some help with html5 , javascript, jquery , and some .net stuff. I understand this is a studying website, but it would to meet some people maybe on teh same level as me to work on some side projects i have :) would be good to get a little team together to work on it if you think its a good idea

Hiya , no I'm not paying and it's not open source , I've already built the tool but just want some people who are intrested in evolving it and building the community inside it via HTML , php etc . It's basicly like a browser but with extra features for finding things you want , like files , books , developer bits and bobs , I don't want to say to much , it's not to replace your own browser because I wouldn't know about all the security things . It's just a project I'm working on for fun , I just want some new life breathed into to it , help with design and back end stuff :)

Here is what i have made so far if you fancy trying it out the kennel klub part is what i want to work on and the layout of the program

you will need the latest .net framework 4.5 to run it
