Webmin control panel not easily understandable

I am using webmin control panel for my site dusaneinfotech.com its working good but now i want to upload same site with spanish content in its sub folder dusaneinfotech.com/spanish i have taken backup of my site's files & database i try to create database for new site to upload files in that sub folder & database in new database but i dont know how to proceed please guide step by step to upload my site in sub folder.
