Website Setup

So I finally finished creating my website and I have been following all of the directions that Nick gave me. I successfully purchased my domain name at Namecheap.com and I also successfully purchased my web host at Web hosting for students. I made sure I got all the email confirmations and moved along with the directions. I opened cyberduck and opened connection, filled in my correct credentials and it is saying network communication errors. My connection is perfectly fine and I am confused as to why this isn't working. I didn't find either of the websites customer support all that helpful so I thought I should come here. Please! If anyone knows a solution to this that would be great! Thanks!

I can't see their support because I don't have an account and can't login, but have you tried all the solutions on their public FAQ? For example, do you have the right port set in Cyberduck? It's different for FTP and SFTP.

To connect with SFTP, use your normal login credentials, then set the port to "18765".

Unfortunately the hosting company is your best source for support since they're the ones that know how your connection should be set up and can walk you through it.

I actually have it figured out now. It was that I didn't situate a couple of things but I got it now. Thanks!
