This website Roroworld refreshes about every 30 seconds, how is this achieved? I would like to use the "NHL Headlines" area located on the right on a hockey site I'm working on. So player news is updated every 30-60 seconds. I've been digging through the code and cannot figure out how it's done...any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="480;URL=http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nhl/0/hockey-headlines%22site%22?rw=1">
basically they're using the "http-equiv" attribute. Using the value of "refresh" it defines a time interval for the document to refresh itself.
