I dont understand what this question is trying to ask me. It ask me to fill in the blanks and create the string, I no how to make a string but i dont understand what this is asking me. It ask me to make the string using that template I dont understand that question. Thank you.

I think all the question is looking for is for you to add the quotation marks around the statement.
