how could I expand my skills as a web developer, I just started about four months ago and I'm still not satisfied with my skills. If possible is there I website so I can train being a web developer except for code academy

treehouse and codeschool are interactive. I've used pluralsight and lynda in the past for video tutorials. Depending on what you want, udacity might have something.

You might also try Free code camp at www.freecodecamp.com. The downside is that there are no instructional videos. And for the large part of the beginning, it will be like a string of code challenges. The up side is that once you've made it through a decent way it has you start building projects from scratch that must meet certain criteria. You might check it out. As the name suggests, it's free

You may also want to check out Jon Duckett's "HTML & CSS" and "JavaScript and jQuery" books for a medium change. I've also enjoyed some podcasts from CodeNewbie Podcast.

Other than these resources, keep coding. The best way to learn code is by coding. CodePen is a fun place to try out front end web dev skills and play with aspects of HTML/CSS/JS, quickly change them, and immediately see results.

You could even create fake businesses or organizations and create websites for them. Good luck!
