websites and flexbox

Does website content sit inside a flexbox? What I mean is does the resizing of websites take place because most of the content you see is in a flexbox?

Hi Jas0n,

That entirely depends on how the website has been built. Flexbox is a good option for responsive content, but a lot of people also used percentages, rather than absolute sizes for responsive content.

For example, if you have a div with the width set to 100% rather than say, 768px, the div will be 100% of the viewport. You can also use viewport-based widths, such as 100vw, which means, 100% of the width of the viewport.

Hope this helps!
