So, I launched a website for someone and they ended up using it for their business (which I am really excited about)!
Yesterday, they got in contact with me and told me that the website has a tendency to go down here and there for about an hour. I hosted their website trough the hosting for students using CPanel. I haven't launched many websites so I am not sure where to begin.
Two questions:
One, what kind of things could cause a website to be unavailable for awhile and how would I diagnose the situation to find out what the problem is?
Two, once I find out what it is, what are some solutions to fix the problem?

13,564 PointsIf the website is going down then it is likely due to your host. Maybe ask your client to notify you if the problem persists for more than a few days and if it does than get into contact with Hosting For Students. Once you are in contact with them just explain the issues that your client is having and they should be able to help you sort it out easy enough.
I hope that this helped you out!
