Websites handle iframe differently

Hi there! I'm working on a project where I use iframe to view my favorite websites. I have a nav bar at the bottom and a 100% iframe above. The setup works good now, but there is one website I visit witch doesn't give me mobile version of the website.(For mobile users for now). That website is rendered like it's a desktop/bigger screen visiting. When I visit that page directly from safari I get a perfect mobile version of that page, but I don't get the same with iframe. Same link is used. Other webpages renders perfectly.

Is there anything I can do with my markup/css/jquery/javascript to fix this?

I would guess it is the sites meta viewport setting or lack of it.
