We're starting out with an <h1> element. Add a <style> element just above the <h1>.

Where do I need to add the style tags ?

You need to add the style tag in the the <head></head> section and then apply a style to the h1 element for example:

<head>
    <style>
        h1 {
        color: red;
        }
    </style>
</head>
