HTML SVG Basics Introduction to SVG Creating an SVG

what about the psd files?

I have a psd file, which has several layers. Is there any way that I could get each layer as svg?

I believe you could live trace each layer and then save each as an svg, but this would be quite cumbersome.

I believe this video by Chris Coyier can help explain solution to your issue Vamsi. He talks about naming each layer in illustrator instead of using a PSD. Also I would suggest using illustrator over photoshop for the creation of SVGs. Hope this helps, cheers!
