What am I doing wrong?

Help! I've tried entering in multiple ways including a white hexadecimal code and nothing is working. What am I missing?

activity_main.xml
<RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
  android:layout_width="match_parent"
  android:layout_height="match_parent"
  android:background="@android:color/white" >

  <TextView
    android:id="@+id/textView1"
    android:layout_width="wrap_content"
    android:layout_height="wrap_content"
    android:layout_centerHorizontal="true"
    android:layout_centerVertical="true"
    android:text="Treehouse loves me!"
    android:textSize="72sp" />
    android:textColor="@android:color/white"

</RelativeLayout>

Your textColor line is after the closing bracket /> of the TextView block.

Thank you Andrew! that was the issue.

Here is the challenge: The current layout has black text on a white background. Let's change the text color to be white. You will need to add the android:textColor attribute, and copy/paste the Android white value from the RelativeLayout's android:background attribute.
