class BlogPost < ActiveRecord::Base
  has_many :comments
end

class Comment < ActiveRecord::Base
  belongs_to :blog_post
end

It's asking you to work out the relationship between blog posts and comments. A blogpost has_many comments from many different users. Each of these comments belongs_to that blogpost and no other. The _id part is unnecessary.
