HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create Radio Buttons

What am I doing wrong here?

The error says that I need to place the label element within the form element. Isn't my label for the radio buttons within the form element?

You need to separate the color and size options. The correct code is below.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <form action="index.html" method="post">
      <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
      <label for="color">Shirt Color:</label>
      <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
        <option value="red">Red</option>
        <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
        <option value="purple">Purple</option>
        <option value="blue">Blue</option>
        <option value="green">Green</option>
        <option value="orange">Orange</option>
      </select>
       <input type="radio" id="small" value="small" name="shirt_size">
       <input type="radio" id="medium" value="medium" name="shirt_size">
       <input type="radio" id="large" value="large" name="shirt_size">
      <button type="submit">Place Order</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

Your color and sizes are combined, you need to make another label and select for your sizes.
