Courses Plus Student 94,610 PointsHi Renee,
The background image style should still be applied to the same $make class right after the border style. You don't need to create a new class out of the color.
Also, I would take out the "images" sub-folder. It still passes with it but the instructions never say that the images are in that folder so it probably shouldn't pass.

Courses Plus Student 40,065 PointsHi Renee,
There is wide space between url and first bracket. It should be without space.
.#{$color} {
background-image: url("images/#{$color}.png");
}
Hope it will work.

Courses Plus Student 94,610 PointsThanks for pointing out the space after url. I forgot to mention in my answer.
I'm not sure what's going on with this code challenge. It does pass with the color class but as far as I can tell, it's not asking for that.
