What am I missing?

Hey guys,

I'm going through the front end development module right now and I tried entering the command rake routes command and I'm facing this warning message in my terminal

https://www.evernote.com/shard/s51/sh/93b243ef-be3e-4df4-8d21-70ae6ae357a1/191f5f0016c8e1b383b370afd3d44563

What am I missing here? Tried to follow along, but I'm not sure if that warning could be fatal going forward..

But really, it's perfectly safe to ignore. There's no issue.

User the 'thin' gem if you don't feel like seeing the warning in your terminal, otherwise go and brush your shoulders off.
