3,527 PointsWhat are some good social plugins or widgets for wordpress?
I already looked into Jetpack which Zac recommends on a course, but I want to know from people who have actual wordpress websites what they think. My website is www.dibchannel.com and I'm looking for a social media plugin that doesn't cause "bloat", lets visitors follow my social media links and share my content. Thank you!

17,475 PointsDepends, There are 2 major great plugins: AddThis and ShareThis. With the first I had problems in PageLoad time and sometimes buttons jump to unwanted places. With seconds I had no problems but didn't like the options.
My suggestion: Make them yourself if you familiar with CSS/HTML, add them where you need. All the popular social networks have API you can just copy and many websites provide ready shortcodes.

3,527 PointsThank you for your answer Felix, I think making them might be the best option, a friend of mine told me about maybe finding a way to get Sharedaddy from Jetpack without actually installing Jetpack, is this possible?

17,475 PointsI don't know, Ive installed Jetpack once, found it too messy for my needs and got rid of it. A good free theme that I read that works great with Jetpack is Dazzling. About your question you could try asking the Jetpack support team at Wordpress.org
