What are the key differences between React, Meteorite and Angular?

I have seen these words floating around so often. What are the key differences between these 3 frameworks? Can they be used together? Are there any dependencies?

I'm not sure about metoerite, but React is a library for building out UIs with components, while Angular is a framework that has everything you need to build a front end app, including components, routing and animations. For React, you need to choose dependencies (other libraries) for things like routing.
