1,648 PointsWhat are you going to do about your recurring video problem?
It seems that many users are experiencing the same issue with the videos. People have been posting about this issue for the last 3 years. Videos don't play well because the files are simply too big to load quickly and unless the user has a super connection and there are less users using the site at this moment, it is unlikely to play smoothly. It's not an issue related to our browser because other site such as Youtube works perfectly well.
Files are too big and download speed is too slow at times. Are you going to reduce the size of your videos so that your users finally stop complaining about lagging web player?
Note: You have quality content that is worth paying for and all of this is just very upsetting.
