What are your favorite resources for getting better at SEO?

I work for an internet marketing company and we do local SEO (placement on Google Maps, some Organic SEO, etc.)

I know we do on-site and off-site SEO, a lot of off-site including blogging and social media, and we do some changes with their meta keywords and meta tags.

What tips do you have on doing some organic SEO for small business websites? What are your favorite resources for it as well?

http://moz.com has to be one of he best resources for it. Specially all their blog posts, I learn something new every week from their posts.

Try keeping up with searchengineland.com and follow matt cutts' youtube channel where he posts answers to questions sent in by webmasters. If i'm not mistaken it's called google webmaster help

Good luck
