What are your opinions about Flat UI User Interface Kit? Is there any disadvantages of using it?

I want to build a dynamic website and am going to use Twitter Bootstrap framework. Flat UI based on Twitter Bootstrap. I was looking for a flat design framework and It looked really nice to me. for sure that is a beatiful flat design framework, but you can develop a website with the same design level using other free frameworks as Zurb Foundation, it's great because you can customize your own framework by changing text colors, buttons colors, span and etc. There also have Fonts Awesome that is a free icons in SVG, take a look in their webpage, the best web developer make their own framework style.
