What can i do if someone already registered the website in google?

This person never finished the project and i took it, and changed the host too, but i kept the domain. So when i registered the page in google and searched it it was already in google but with the old host, not the new one.

Try using Google Webmaster Tools to submit the new site's sitemap. That should override the old site.
