what changes between the JavaScript basics and foundation courses? Should I follow both of them?

Doing just one of them will give the same basics?

Having just started the Basics course I would definitely started with this one first. Both assume you're starting with a clean slate in JavaScript. But Foundations is just as useful if maybe introducing concepts that are a little trickier.

So I recommend Basics, then Foundations, :-)
