What CMS is managing Team Treehouse?

Hi, I wanted to build a website that has similar capabilities and functions like team treehouse. for instance its interactive nature and something that is flexible in having such aesthetics.

What content management system could handle this task? Because im sure this website is not static.

so they coded their own CMS using Ruby on rails? impressive :o

Do you know would be best to use to achieve this? Could wordpress achieve the same result?

All the CMS can handle the task you want it even Wordpress but the most important thing is which CMS suits you and whats your experience level. For php there lots of CMS out there (Drupal, Wordpress, etc..).
