What did I do wrong with this media query?

I'm asked to write a media query at a breakpoint, but I don't know what I did wrong. Can someone help me fix this?

remember for a width of 480px and up, you need to have a base or minimum width of 480 (min-width) not max. and place at the bottom as james south said
