What do I need to qualify as a junior IOS developer??!

Guys give me some advice.Im trying to change careers and dive into programming as a beginner with no background. Definitely trying to go iOS development route. What would I need to do from now till let's say a year from now to qualify as a junior or regular iOS developer??
