What do I put as the return method for an if statement for the public boolean 'isFullyCharged'?

Please explain

GoKart.java

  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;

  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty(){

    return mBarsCount == 0;

The expression mBarsCount == MAX_BARS will be true if the battery is fully charged and false if it is not since mBarsCount would be less than MAX_BARS, so you can just return that expression. You could achieve the same thing with an if statement that returns true when mBarsCount is equal to MAX_BARS and false otherwise.
