"Sorted" just means the values are ordered so that they appear in sequence, for example lowest to highest:

1 — 5 — 10 — 11 — 33 — 82

"Unsorted" means that the order of the items is unrelated to their values. For example:

11 — 5 — 82 — 33 — 1 — 10
