8,600 PointsIt's very good, definitately be proud of your work :) I can't really say anything wrong with it, it responds well to mobile and tablet views, it has a nice clean easy layout and works well.
Maybe only slight niggly changes like padding on your inputs so the text isn't touching the sides of the input boxes and maybe a low opacity fill behind your text on the landing text "Graphic/web/ui designer and developer" at the top (like a 50% opacity black background) will make stand out more and be easier to read.
