What does "pass it the argument 3" mean in the challenge

Hi. In question 2 of the challenge for functions, it states to "Under the function definition, call your new function and pass it the argument 3".

What is this asking for "pass it the argument 3"?

Yes pass the integer 3 as an argument in your function call. For example if i had a function called my_function, the function call with the argument of 3 would look like this my_function(3). Remember arguments are what go int he () of the function call and parameters are what come in () after the function name when when creating the function. Hope this helps.
